I'm so behind on posting pictures! I still have more that I will post later. Summer has been busy but very fun! McKenna is almost 5 and so funny. Today in the car she said, "Mom, you're my BFF annnnnd Peytie too." 5 going on 15 :) She's excited about starting her second year in preschool and is a pro when asked if she's starting Kindergarten. She says, "No, I want to do another year at my preschool and be older, like 6, when I start Kindergarten." She's been swimming a lot this summer and is a little fish.

Peyton is so fun these days and has learned that people like her much more when she's being cute and not crying all the time! She loves dancing, reading books, stacking things, playing with her babies and pushing them in her stroller, eating on the run, being chased, going on any ride she's tall enough for (and cries when it's time to get off), and pretty much anything her big sister is doing. Everything is "I Do" these days and she copies anything we ask her to say (well the best she can) and it's so cute!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while! Busy busy busy! Life is good...lovin it :)

Easter

Easter was fun this year! The girls had fun dyeing eggs, opening their baskets and hunting candy eggs...as you can see in the pictures :) ( I think they got more candy than on Halloween???) McKenna kept on saying, "Mom, this is the best day ever cause it's the day that Jesus got raised from the dead...it's just my favorite day mom." She's a smart cookie!

Peyton Jane is One!

We had an Owl Party for Peytie's first birthday! She was perfect all day and loved her party! I can't believe she's already one! She's so precious. She says, mama, dada, nena (mckenna), bubble, bird and signs "more" and "all done." She can point to almost every body part you tell her to. It's the cutest when she points to her hair! She's not walking yet, but can crawl super fast. She is a mama's girl through and through and would probably be perfectly content if I held and hugged her all day long. She's very intense and still gets her mad bird face when she's concentrating. What can I say? She's Peytie Jane and we couldn't love her more :)
